RETURNS
Damaged/defective product
A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the support@soloearth.com email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.
Returns/exchanges
Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.
If an order is returned to the sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, the product price will only be refunded.
Reprint
If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged, or of bad quality, contact Soloearth at support@soloearth and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and send a replacement soon. That's our Merchant Protection policy for ensuring reprints are issued if our customers receive a damaged product.
